The image reference number is printed next to the photograph that appears in the relevant publication e.g EH201206_PS01_001 also to view ALL the images taken at the event just remove the last underscore and last 3 numbers i.e _001. When searching by date it is the date the photographer took the picture and not the publication date that is needed.
